Privacy Policy

1. Our Guiding Principle

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your orders, respond to your inquiries, and provide thoughtful client care. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with Saino House—such as requesting an acquisition, ordering an object, or sending a studio message—we may collect:

• Contact Details: Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery destination.
• Order Information: The specific objects requested, customization requests, and correspondence history.
• Technical Logs: Standard anonymous website performance data (such as browser type and screen resolution) used solely to ensure our site works reliably.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

• Coordinate creation, numbering, and courier delivery of your pieces.
• Respond directly to your bespoke inquiries and customer support requests.
• Maintain the private provenance ledger for numbered studio editions.
• Comply with necessary tax, customs, and legal reporting obligations.

4. No Marketing Spam

We believe luxury communication should be quiet and respectful. We do not bombard clients with automated daily marketing emails, discount popups, or intrusive retargeting trackers. We only reach out when directly responding to you or updating you on an active order.

5. Trusted Partners

To safely deliver your objects and process payments, we work with vetted payment gateways and trusted archival courier services. These partners only receive the information necessary to fulfill their specific role and are bound by strict confidentiality standards.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask that your records be deleted from our client database. Simply email us at privacy@sainohouse.com and we will assist you promptly.
